Session One: Get Started
For your first session, we create a unique, customized stop smoking plan for you. We’ll identify your triggers, set a quit date, and you’ll be given some tools to help you reduce your cravings right from the start.
Session Two: Smoking Cessation Session
On your quit date, you will have your customized stop smoking session. You’ll walk out of the session feeling great. Many of our clients report that they leave this session feeling like they are truly quitting for good.
Session Three: Reinforcement Session
In this session, we’ll reinforce how well you are already doing. We’ll teach you strategies to handle any challenging situations in the future. You’ll have everything you need to remain a permanent non-smoker!
